Envelopes are telescoping (2 pieces). Each piece can be used as 2 separate envelope or together as a varying size envelope (cf. a mirror box). E.g. the small envelope used as 2 separate envelopes of 17" by 20" or as a single envelope varying from 17" by 20" to 34" by 20".

Carriers come as a single piece with shoulder handler and a flap for closure.
